Skanska is building the “E5 Raw Water Tunnel”, Oslo’s new water supply project. The project involves drilling a 19 km tunnel from Oslo’s new reserve water source, Holsfjorden in Viken, to a new water treatment plant being built at Huseby, in the west of Oslo.
